This paper introduces a novel dynamic semiempirical model for the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). The proposed model not only considers the stack output voltage but also provides valid waveforms of component voltages, such as the no‐load, activation, ohmic, and concentration voltages of the PEMFC stack system. Experiments under no‐load, ramping load, and dynamic load conditions are performed to obtain various voltage components. According to experimental results, model parameters are optimised using the lightning search algorithm by providing valid theoretical ranges of parameters to the lightning search algorithm code. In addition, the correlation between the vapour and water pressures of the PEMFC is obtained to model the component voltages. Finally, all component voltages and the stack output voltage are validated by using the experimental/theoretical waveforms mentioned in previous research. The proposed model is also compared with a recently developed semiempirical model of PEMFC through particle swarm optimisation. The proposed dynamic model may be used in future in‐depth studies on PEMFC behaviour and in dynamic applications for health monitoring and fault diagnosis.  相似文献

多孔质节流器表面孔隙分布的不均匀性会导致多孔质气体轴承的倾斜。为寻找一种合适的方法来评价渗透率分布对多孔质轴承倾斜的影响,通过图像采集得到多孔质节流器表面孔隙的局部分形维数,然后利用局部分形维数的分布情况来评价渗透率的不均匀性,并提出分形维数分布向量来评估多孔质轴承的倾斜。通过实验测量多孔质轴承工作状态下的倾斜角度和方向。实验结果表明,该方法可以在不破坏多孔质节流器的情况下很好地预测多孔质轴承的倾斜:局部分形维数分布越集中则表明多孔质节流器的渗透率越均匀;根据分形维数分布向量的模可判断出轴承倾斜的角度大小,轴承倾斜的方向和分形维数分布向量的方向和达到了很好的吻合。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The RF output power dissipated per unit area is calculated using Runge-Kutta method for the high-moderate-moderate-high (n+-n-p-p+) doping profile of double drift region (DDR)-based impact avalanche transit time (IMPATT) diode by taking different substrate at Ka band. Those substrates are silicon, gallium arsenide, germanium, wurtzite gallium nitride, indium phosphide and 4H-silicon carbide. A comparative study regarding power dissipation ability by the IMPATT using different material is being presented thereby modelling the DDR IMPATT diode in a one-dimensional structure. The IMPATT based on 4H-SiC element has highest power density in the order of 1010 Wm?2 and the Si-based counterpart has lowest power density of order 106 Wm?2 throughout the Ka band. So, 4H-SiC-based IMPATT should be preferable over others for the power density preference based application. This result will be helpful to estimate the power density of the IMPATT for any doping profile and to select the proper element for the optimum design of the IMPATT as far as power density is concerned in the Ka band. Also, we have focused on variation of power density with different junction temperatures and modelled the heat sink with analysis of thermal resistances.  相似文献

针对径流序列不稳定导致预测精度不高的问题,提出一种基于变分模态分解(VMD)和蝗虫优化算法(GOA)优化相关向量机(RVM)的组合径流预测模型。首先对原始非平稳的径流序列采用VMD得到若干个相对稳定的分量序列,再分别建立RVM预测模型,并采用GOA优化RVM中核函数的参数,最后累加所有分量的预测值得到径流序列的预测值。实例结果发现,较传统的BP神经网络、支持向量机及基于经验模态分解的支持向量机等模型,该模型预测精度更高,预测结果能为水电站的经济运行、水资源的有效利用等提供决策依据。  相似文献

Surface-interface reaction between the electrode and electrolyte plays a key role in lithium-ion storage properties, especially for high voltage cathode such as LiCoPO4 and Ni-riched cathode. Generally, surface modification is an effective method to improve the electrochemical performance of electrode materials. Herein, in order to revise the LiCoPO4 cathode with desirable properties, uniform AlF3-modified LiCoPO4 (LiCoPO4@AlF3) cathode materials in nano-sized distribution are synthesized. XRD result indicates that there is no structural transformation observed after AlF3 coating. TEM characterization and XPS analysis reveal that the surface of LiCoPO4 particle is coated by a nano-sized uniform AlF3 layer. Further, the electrochemical results indicate that AlF3 layer significantly improves the cycling and rate performances of LiCoPO4 cathode within the voltage range of 3.0–5.0 V. After a series of optimization, 4 mol% AlF3-coated LiCoPO4 material exhibits the best properties including an initial discharge capacity of 159 mA h g?1 at 0.1 C with 91% capacity retention after 50 cycles, especially a discharge capacity of 90 mA h g?1 can be obtained at 1 C rate. CV curves indicate that the polarization of cathode is reduced by AlF3 layer and EIS curves reveal that AlF3 layer relieves the increase of resistance to facilitate Li-ion transfer at the interface between electrode and electrolyte during the cycling process. The enhanced electrochemical performances are attributed to that the AlF3 layer can stabilize the interface between the cathode and electrolyte, form steady SEI film and suppress the electrolyte continuous decomposition at 5 V high voltages. This feasible strategy and novel characteristics of LiCoPO4@AlF3 could promise the prospective applications in the stat-art of special lithium-ion battery with high energy and/or power density.  相似文献

基于约瑟夫森量子电压标准设计了交流功率差分测量系统。通过分析差分采样系统的误差分布及误差传递函数,提出换向差分测量方法,减小了差分采样系统的增益误差,提高了电压幅值测量准确度;通过分析衰减系数η,证明了采用换向差分测量较容易实现10-7量级电压幅值测量。通过评估差分采样系统零相位,结果证明了差分采样系统具有较好的相位测量稳定性。分析了交流功率差分测量系统的不确定度分量,评估了功率因数为1.0,0.5 L和0.5 C时的功率测量不确定度,通过与国家交流功率基准装置进行实验比对,证明了基于约瑟夫森量子电压交流功率测量系统不确定度评估的合理性。  相似文献

The Global Positioning System (GPS) offers the interferometer for attitude determination by processing the carrier phase observables. By using carrier phase observables, the relative positioning is obtained in centimeter level. GPS interferometry has been firstly used in precise static relative positioning, and thereafter in kinematic positioning. The carrier phase differential GPS based on interferometer principles can solve for the antenna baseline vector, defined as the vector between the antenna designated master and one of the slave antennas, connected to a rigid body. Determining the unknown baseline vectors between the antennas sits at the heart of GPS-based attitude determination. The conventional solution of the baseline vectors based on least-squares approach is inherently noisy, which results in the noisy attitude solutions. In this article, the complementary Kalman filter (CKF) is employed for solving the baseline vector in the attitude determination mechanism to improve the performance, where the receiversatellite double differenced observable was utilized as the measurement. By using the carrier phase observables, the relative positioning is obtained in centimeter level. Employing the CKF provides several advantages, such as accuracy improvement, reliability enhancement, and real-time assurance. Simulation results based on the conventional method where the least-squares approach is involved, and the proposed method where the CKF is involved are compared and discussed.  相似文献

A log statement is one of the key tactics for a developer to record and monitor important run-time behaviors of our system in a development phase and a maintenance phase. It composes of a message for stating log contents, and a log level (eg, debug or warn) to denote the severity of a message and controlling its visibility at run time. In spite of its usefulness, a developer does not tend to deeply consider which log level is appropriate in writing source code, which causes the system to be unmaintainable. To address this issue, this paper proposes an automatic approach to validating the appropriateness of the log level in consideration of the semantic and syntactic features and recommending a proper alternative log level. We first build the semantic feature vector to quantify the semantic similarity among application log messages using the word vector space, and the syntactic feature vector to capture the application context that surrounds the log statement. Based on the feature vectors and machine learning techniques, the log level is automatically validated, and an alternative log level is recommended if the log level is invalid. For the evaluation, we collected 22 open-source projects from three application domains, and obtained the 77% of precision and 75% of recall in validating the log levels. Also, our approach showed 6% higher accuracy than that of the developer group who has 7 to 8 years of work experience, and 72% of the developers accepted our recommendation.  相似文献

Threshold switching (TS) devices have evolved as one of the most promising elements in memory circuit due to their important significance in suppressing crosstalk current in the crisscross array structure. However, the issue of high threshold voltage (Vth) and low stability still restricts their potential applications. Herein, the vanadium oxide (VOx) films deposited by the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method are adopted as the switching layer to construct the TS devices. The TS devices with Pt/VOx/Pt/PI structure exhibit non-polar, electroforming-free, and volatile TS characteristics with an ultralow Vth (+0.48 V/−0.48 V). Besides that, the TS devices also demonstrates high stability, without obviously performance degradations after 350 cycles of endurance measurements. Additionally, the transition mechanism is mainly attributed to the synergistic effect of metal-insulator transition of VO2 and oxygen vacancies. Furthermore, the nonvolatile bipolar resistance switching behaviors can be obtained by changing oxygen pressure during the deposition process for switching films. This work demonstrates that vanadium oxide film is a good candidate as switching layer for applications in the TS devices and opens an avenue for future electronics.  相似文献
